Child Safety Standards (CSAE policy)
- Last updated
Zero tolerance
VIP (Android package com.money.solver, developer 广州噬界网络科技有限公司) prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualising minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to contact, meet or obtain images of a minor for sexual purposes. This applies to messages, groups, posts, comments, profiles, VIP Cloud files and every other part of the service.
VIP is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts that violate this policy are permanently banned and are not allowed to return.
How to report in the app
- Open the message, post, comment, group or user profile you want to report.
- Choose Report and select the reason "Child safety".
- Add any details that help us act, then submit. You can also block the user so they can no longer contact you.
You can also report by email to support@vip.world. Please do not forward or download abusive images; describe where they are instead. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
How we review and remove
- Child safety reports go to the highest-priority review queue and are reviewed by trained staff. We aim to act within 24 hours.
- Violating content is removed and the responsible accounts are banned. Related accounts and content are investigated.
- We preserve the evidence securely and only for as long as needed to report it and to support investigations, as the law requires.
- We review reports in a way that does not alert the suspected offender or put the child at further risk.
Reporting to authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or a child at risk, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline and to the competent authorities in the relevant country or region. In mainland China this includes the public security authorities and the China Internet Illegal Information Reporting Center (12377). We cooperate with valid law enforcement requests.
Prevention
- Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over; we act on reports of under-age accounts.
- Users can block anyone, and blocked users cannot message them.
- Reports and moderation records are kept even when the reported account is deleted.
